August Giving Tank

For the month of August, we’re proud to partner with the North Strand Housing Shelter and North Strand Helping Hand here in our community with paper products. The “Giving Tank” is located next to Guest Services in the rear of the auditorium. Please drop your donations at any service during the month of August or drop them off anytime during office hours at The Brook and we’ll make sure they get in the tank!

Financial Peace University

Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University begins Sunday September 22nd @ 6 PM! This is a 9 week course led by Tabitha Boyer in the Waterbrook Cafe. This life-changing program is open to everyone. Please feel free to invite family and friends. (Childcare not provided at this time). Online registration for every attendee (or couple) is required and participants are eligible for a discounted rate of $109, (Per couple or Single) which includes all course materials. Restorative Yoga

Beginning September 5th! Come restore your body and mind through gentle movements, Christian music and scriptures. This class is designed to stretch and relax the muscles, help calm the mind and draw closer to God. Movements are done on the floor of the church auditorium, so bring your yoga mat. This class is open to men and women. (Childcare is not provided at this time) Please call Mary Lynn Porter 843-450-2414 for more information. Class will be held in the back of the auditorium. Please be on time, doors will be locked once the class starts.

Kid's Ministry

We love our kids and want them to be excited to come to church. They will be in a safe, caring learning environment and will experience creative lessons and loving and trained teachers. Our children will be growing by leaps and bounds in their walk with God. That’s our heart for children here at Waterbrook!

Waterbrook IOU Community Groups are life changing! Every week folks gather for fellowship, Bible study or community service. COMMUNITY GROUPS are small groups comprised of ten to twelve individuals that meet together for fellowship, Bible study, prayer, accountability and community service. We offer Community Groups for people in all walks of life. Sign up in the Welcome Center or call the church office at 843.390.9222


Women's Bible Study

Join the Ladies Monday evening Bible Study at 6:00pm in the Fellowship Hall as they dig into various studies, watch and discuss movies and so much more. Lets learn to be faithful through trials. Bring your prayer request and friends to join us. Led by Liz Tabok, email

Community Bible Study

Waterbrook is  big supporter of Community Bible Study, a non-denominational international organization that brings caring, in depth Bible study to our community and is transforming lives through the Word of God. CBS meets on Wednesdays from 9:15 to 11:15 during the school year. This year’s study is entitled “From the Red Sea to the Jordan” and will be fascinating study of how God delivered His people and established them as a nation.
